Resident and dear friend Stephen MCGill dropped off his retired American Flag
Vince, I wanted to take this opportunity to say thank you for the kindness you extended to me and my grandson, Jack McInerney, the other day when we brought in our flags for retirement. I really appreciate you taking the time to make a fuss over Jack. He suggested he come to my home and replace the tattered flag on my flag pole with a new flag and take care of disposing properly of the old flag. In these current times, it is refreshing that a young person has such great respect for our country and our flag. I'm quite proud of Jack and it is nice that his efforts were recognized by you and your staff. Thank you, again, Dianne
